MEDICAL INTERVENTION & HERBAL TRAINING:

              TMK continues its medical intervention to the children affected with cerebral palsy & mental retardation in PCTC Tiruvanamalai by providing monthly medical check up and siddha treatment and also imparting training to the staff for the preparation of herbal food and simple Herbal medicines.  In the  past three months training to prepare ‘Adathoda syrup, Chundaivatral chooranum, Mathanthylam, were given to the staff there.

 Staffs were given training in the field of acupressure for C.P/M.R children problem.

Dr.A.Kirubagaran, TMK  participated  and conducted free siddha medical camp on 3rd October 2011 at NSS CAMP - Panai olaipadi, Thiruvanamalai.

Dr.A.Kirubagaran, TMK  delivered his speech about  ‘’ NOI ILLA NERI’’ in the Kalai Araperavai, Kaattan kollathur on 1st October 2011.

 Dr.D.Velayudam and Dr.S.Senthil Karunakaran of TMK  participated as a special invitee in the WORLD SIDDHA DAY MEETING organized by ISGMA at Tirunelveli                     on 30th October 2011

AWARENESS PROGRAMS THROUGH MEDIA:

On SEPTEMBER 29th, Dr.D.Velayudham , TMK  participated in MAKKAL TV –LIVE SHOW ’’ MARUTHUVA NERAM’’.Dr.D.Velayudam highlighted the significance of the Siddha Medicine and the medicinal herbs in day-to-day life. In the live show he explained the  prevention and management of ANEMIA, and also clarified the doubts of  viewers.
