Siddha in multispeciality hospital - Chennai

In general, the public have welcomed the resolution passed by Govt of  Tamil Nadu that a super multispecialty hospital will be started in heart of the city, that too in a new building which was constructed for Chief Secretariat. Even though there is a politics behind this decision, as medicos, we too have to welcome this action because of its direct utility to the tax payers.
In this circumstance, we want to think the policy makers that multi specialty should consists of all specialty in various system of medicare in india, that too in tamil nadu we have ancient and effective system of medicine is siddha.
Every body know Siddha is Eco-friendly, without side effect and it is cost effective. Above all these Siddha has attained  a great victory in recent challenges,
(i) whole world struggled to control HIV / AIDS ,there Siddha proved its effect in controlling the viral load, elevating of CD4,CD8 results in enhancement immunity  and improved the quality of life of HIV / AIDS.
( ii)Tamil Nadu affected worstly by chiqun gunia   before three years. Department of Health struggled more to control it, by our effective team, we introduced Nilavembu kudineer(Andrographis paniculata) to the Govt of Tamilnadu through planning commision . The whole Health department people were called for a meeting. After a deliberate discussion, including Allopathic experts all accepted the experience of controlling viral fever by Nilavembu kudineer. In continuation of this the Govt of Tamilnadu passed an G.O to place Siddha kit consists of Nilavembu kudineer, Amukkara tablet, Bramanantha Biravam tablet, in all primary health centres. The people of Tamilnadu were saved mostly by this effective siddha system.
(iii) The threat was faced by Tamilnadu in Swine Flu H1N1. The experimental trial was carried out in National Institute of Siddha to control Swine Flu  symptoms. People were very happy by getting relief and trusted Siddha system of medical care. Thousands of people benefited by taking Siddha drugs for prevention.
Such a effective medical treasure (Siddha) should be placed as one among the medical specialty in the recently announced super  multispeciality hospital. Then only the general will get a Holistic treatment in that campus. Above all the integration of all medical systems in that campus will be a great role model to the whole world. We hope that the Govt of Tamilnadu will have a think on this regard.
Thanking you
